Iran's First Salt Hotel
Khorshid Farm Salt Hotel was founded in August 2018 by the world-traveling entrepreneur couple Mehbobeh Maleki and Ali Khodabakhshi, inspired by the amazing properties of salt. This couple has been continuously active in the field of international tourism in different countries for many years and they have started a new branch in the hotel industry of Iran and they are trying to establish a hotel and tourism based on health and environment.
The walls, ceiling and beds are all made of white and colored salt stone.
The farm has a total of 25 standard salt suites with a capacity of 2 and 4 beds, 3 2-bedroom suites with a capacity of 8 beds, one VIP one-bedroom suite with kitchen equipment and a capacity of 4 beds. All suites have a balcony facing Damavand Peak; All suites are equipped with comfortable bed and mattress, toilet and separate bathroom, towel, shampoo, soap, tea maker, hair dryer, refrigerator, dressing table, bedside lamp and wardrobe.
Standard Room
It has 2 large beds of 180 cm for 2 people, the size of the suite is 45 square meters, and the facilities in the room include toilet and bathroom in each room, tea maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, slippers, wardrobe, towel, soap, shampoo, dressing table, Janmaz (for praing) is a sleeping lamp.
Standard room price:
Up to the capacity of 2 people between weekdays and Friday nights: 900.000 Tomans per room
Thursday night and holidays: 1,500,000 Tomans
Capacity for 4 people between weekdays and Friday night: 1,700,000 Tomans per room
Thursday night and holidays: 2,900,000 Tomans
Suites for eight people
The facilities of each suite include living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets and bathrooms, tea maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, slippers, wardrobe, towel, soap, shampoo, dressing table, night light.

Between weekdays and Friday night: 3,400,000 Tomans
Thursday night and holidays: 5,800,000 Tomans
VIP Suite
The facilities inside the VIP room include a double bed, a single bed, a bedroom, living room, furniture, bathroom and toilet, wardrobe, fan, dressing table, microwave, refrigerator, tea maker, gas stove, iron. There is a steamer, dishes for cooking and serving, a rice cooker for 6 people, a dining table for 4 people, a sandwich maker, and there is also an additional service in the form of a sleeping floor with 2 pieces of wide single furniture.
VIP suite price up to 5 people:
Between weekdays and Friday night: 3,400,000 Tomans
Thursday night and holidays: 5,800,000 Tomans
1- The check-in time of this room is 14:00 and the check-out time is 11:00.
2- Due to the nature of the hotel and the farm, it is mandatory to observe silence in order to make more use of the peace of nature, and in case of making noise and protesting the guests in the accommodation area, the erring guest will be fined.
3- Service, cleaning and charging of the room services, due to the preservation of the environment, is done after each emptying of the room and is not done daily.
4- It is possible to prepare snacks, lunch, dinner, etc. in the restaurant, coffee shop and store of the complex.
5- TV and Wi-Fi have been avoided in the rooms due to the respect for silence and peace.
6- Bringing hookah and cooking inside the room is prohibited and is subject to a fine of 500,000 tomans. Barbecue is also placed outside the hotel.
7- Due to the safety of the passengers’ property and the farm, the door of the complex will not be opened after 11:00 p.m.
8- By paying the hotel fee, entrance to the farm, swimming pool and breakfast buffet is free. Some activities such as: slide, Delijan, horse, Other facilities include separate fees.
9- The cost of an extra person is 300 Tomans, and a child over 2 years old is considered a full person.
10_ Bringing pets in special suites is allowed, which must be coordinated in advance and includes a separate fee of 400 Tomans.
11_ Tourism services are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
12_ Admission is possible for couples only with the original birth certificate and for other people with a national card.
14_ Cancellation rules: From noon (12:00) the day before to 10:00 a.m. on the day of room delivery, 50% of the total amount of the room will be charged, and from two days before to noon the day before, 20% will be charged.
